Mt. Washington School offers a free breakfast program
for every child that will be served during the day. We will also offer a lunch
program. Application for free or reduced lunch are available from the office
at the beginning of the school year as well as throughout the year. A New Application
must be filled out each school year to continue eligibility. The Food Services
department determines eligibility based on federal guidelines. Students must
bring money or a packed lunch until the application is approved. The price
for lunch for student K-8 is $1.75.
Packers can purchase milk for $.30. A small selection of snacks is also offered. Students are not allowed to share their purchased/free lunch with other students (prohibited by federal law). Students are not to store open cans/boxes/bags of food in their school lockers.
